Jennifer has been with Carolina Claims Services since our company opened. She is responsible for all aspects of office support and administration as well as quality control and file review.

Glynn handles property claims for us. He has over 35 years of experience in property claims. Our staff utilizes his knowledge to assist them when handling claims. Glynn has extensive knowledge in handling all types of property claims, including commercial and residential fire losses, large water claims and contents claims among others. Prior to joining Carolina Claims Services, Glynn was the South Carolina Staff Manager for Independent Fire Insurance Company. Glynn served our nation during the Vietnam War as a member of the US Air Force.

Ernie serves as our large loss specialist, annually handling numerous claims in excess of seven figures. He handles complex claims throughout the state of South Carolina. He has over 30 years of experience in property claims and utilizes both his extensive technical skills and his superior people skills to deliver a quality product to our clients. Ernie is on the speed-dial of many of our clients’ phone systems. Prior to becoming a partner with Carolina Claims Services, Ernie was a staff adjuster with Independent Fire Insurance Company.

Scott has over 25 years of experience in the field of business development as well as several years of claims handling experience. He previously served as Southeast Regional Vice-President of the National Association of Independent Adjusters. He has served on the Nominating Committee for the National Association of Independent Adjusters, the Conference Site Selection Committee. and the Vision and National Advisory Committees of the NAIIA. Scott is a Member of the South Carolina Claims Management Association and is a Past-President of the South Carolina Claims Association as well as the Columbia Claims Association.
